Terms & Conditions – AGB

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) come into force immediately.

1. Scope
Governed by Swiss law (CO, DPA, GeBüV).

2. Mandate & power of attorney
The mandate authorises the fiduciary office to act on behalf of the client.

3. Obligations of the client
The client must provide all required documents completely and on time.

4. Services
Provided with due diligence according to Art. 398 CO.

5. Fees
Billed according to time spent or flat fee. Payment term: 10 days.

6. Liability
Liability only in cases of gross negligence or intent.

7. Data protection
Processed according to the Swiss Data Protection Act (2023) & archived according to GeBüV.

8. Duration of the agreement
Indefinite duration, terminable at any time.

9. Place of jurisdiction
Zurich. Swiss law exclusively applies.
